NISHIDE LAB.
Unauthorized access to computers and information leaks can cause serious damage, so building a safe and trustworthy digital society is more important than ever. Today, information technology is everywhere, and while cryptography and security technologies often work quietly in the background, their role is absolutely essential. In fact, many new businesses and services that use networks are only possible thanks to core technologies like cryptography and authentication.
At Laboratory of Cryptography and Information Security, we focus on research in information security with cryptography at the center. Through our work, we aim to support the development of a society where people can use technology with confidence and peace of mind.
